Martin Hallberg - martin@uphigh.se

Martin is an advisor with nearly 15 years of experience working with owners, investors and management teams in growth and transformation contexts, including private equity, telecom and construction. As CEO of UpHigh, he focuses on how strategy is translated into execution—drawing on a background that combines management consulting with clinical psychology and organizational analysis.

Prior to his consulting career, Martin worked within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations, where he was exposed to complex, multi-stakeholder environments—an experience that continues to inform his perspective on organizations and systems today.

He holds an MSc in Political Science from Uppsala University and Sciences Po, as well as an MSc in Clinical Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Psychology. In addition to his advisory work, he has clinical experience from adult psychiatry, which informs his work on leadership, group dynamics and organizational functioning.

Martin is known for his analytical sharpness and ability to operate in complex environments, and is a sought-after advisor and speaker on execution, organizational dynamics and sustainable value creation.
